| 摘 要： | 采用复相凝聚法和囊心交换二者相结合的方法,实现柠檬油香精的胶囊化。分析了影响微胶囊品质的各因素,结果表明,选用甲醛和尿素复合固化时,反应温度为40℃,壁材浓度在3%,m(心材)/m(壁材)为1∶1,有利于微胶囊的生成且得到的微胶囊结构品质较好。

Preparation of limonene essence microcapsule |

| Abstract: | Based on the method of re-agglomeration and capsule-heart exchange, the capsulization for limonene essence is investigated. Influence factors of microcapsule quality are analyzed, using formaldehyde and carbamide as solidification agent. Experiment result shows that superior microcapsule structure is formed under the following condition: reaction temperature, 40℃; mass content of wall material,3%;( m (heart material)/ m (wall material ),) 1∶1. |
