Li-ion diffusion kinetics in LiMn2O4 thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition |

Abstract: | LiMn2O4 thin films were deposited on Au substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The Li-ion chemical diffusion coefficients of the films, , were measured by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic intermittent titration technique (GITT), potentiostatic intermittent titration technique (PITT), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It was found that the values by CV and PITT were in the order of 10−13 cm2 s−1, and those by EIS and GITT were in the range of 10−13 to 10−11 and 10−14 to 10−11 cm2 s−1, respectively. These data were compared with the previously reported values. |
