铁矿球团膨润土添加剂替代资源的开发研究

摘    要:针对铁矿球团使用单一添加剂——膨润土的生产现状,进行了替代资源的开发,并对开发的一种新型球团添加剂——RECT土进行了试验研究。结果表明:RECT土不仅能满足工业生产对球团各质量指标的要求,而且其添加量只有钙基膨润土用量的1/2左右,能有效减少因膨润土添加量大,球团矿铁品位下降的影响,是一种十分理想的替代资源。

Abstract:Direct toward the production situation of using single additive—bentonite during the course of iron ore pelletizing,a series of experimental research works were carried out to develop alternative resources of bentonite additive for iron ore pelletizing,and a novel pelletizing additive—RECT is developed.The test results indicated that RECT additive not only can meet the requirements of industrial production for pellet quality indexes,but also its dosage is only about a half compared with the bentonite.Furthermore,it can effectively reduce decline of pellet iron grade caused by higher dosage of bentonite.Thus,it is a suitable alternative resource of bentonite additive.
