| Abstract: | The aim of Computer Evidence-obtaining research is how to provide a thorough,effective and secure techniqual supporting for computer crime investigation.The keypoint is to ensure the authenticity,reliability and legality of the evidence.At the beginning of paper ,it analyzes the background of Computer Evidence-obtaining.mainly presenting its principles and procedures.Furthermore,it also gives an explaination about techniques used in this field ,and the devel- opment of the domestic and international research on evidence-obtaining. |
