摘    要:在分析国内外活塞环监测技术的基础上,将磁阻传感器引入活塞环的磨损监测。以YC4108D柴油机为研究对象,构建试验平台,模拟活塞环磨损。通过对活塞环磨损引起周围磁场变化的有限元分析计算,并与试验结果进行对比,表明通过磁阻传感器可以检测活塞环经过传感器时的磁场变化,活塞环的磨损量与磁阻传感器的输出电压存在一定的对应关系,即利用磁阻传感器检测磁场的变化可监测活塞环的磨损状态,这对大型低速二冲程船用柴油机活塞环磨损的在线监测具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Based on monitoring method analysis of piston ring wear,the magneto-resistive sensor is introduced to monitor the piston ring wear.A test platform is built and piston ring wear is simulated in YC4108D diesel engine.Test result is compared with Finite Element Analysis of magnetic field change due to piston ring wear.The result shows that the tiny change in magnetic field can be detected by magneto-resistive sensor,and piston ring wear and output voltage of magneto-resistive sensor has correlating relation.Pi...
