| 摘 要： | 目前企业急需大量制造通用装备和关键零部件的高技能人才,而企业在职员工岗位技能提升则是高技能人才培养的最有效途径.借鉴国外企业技能型人才培养的方式,分析了高职院校在企业技能型人才培训中取得的成效和存在的问题,从企业员工技能提升的运行机制、培训模式等方面探讨了具体实施方法,并提出了实施过程中需重点解决的问题.

| Abstract: | The enterprise requires high-quality personnel to manufacture general equipment and key part,the skill improvement training is an effective approach.This paper analyses the effects and the problems about personnel training in high-vocational colleges by learning abroad experiences,discusses the concrete methods of working mechanism and training modes,and puts forward the key problems to be solved in implementation. |
