球墨铸铁高温弹塑性力学性能的实验研究

摘    要:给出了球墨铸铁(QT500-7)加载抽载-二次加载特性曲线,结果表明,加载-卸载-二次加载过程的应力应变关系基本满足Prantle假设。测定了18℃~1000℃应力-应变关系和各温度下的抗拉强度、屈服强度、弹性模量、剪切模量、泊松比、应变强化率以及它们随温度的变化关系,为进行该种材料的弹塑性应力计算机数值模拟提供了必须的基础数据 实验结果表明,弹塑性力学的理论和假设基本适用于铁素体-球光体基体的球

Abstract:It was given the curve of loading-unloandin g-secondary loading of spheroidal graphite cast iron,and it showed that the rel ation of stress-strain agreed with prantle's hypothesis in the period of loadin g-unloanding-secondary loading.Having measured the stress-strain curve and th e relation of limit strength,yield strength,Yong's modulus,shear modulus,Poisson 's ratio and strain hardening rate of this materal with temperature in the range of 18℃~1000℃,it provides the data necessary to computer simulation of therm al elastic-plastic stress.The experimental result in this paper shows that the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics can be basically applied to spheroidal grap hite cast iron with the matrix of ferritic-pearlitic.
