| Abstract: | The effectiveness is the key point for urban design to develop from technical proposal to implementation. The article discusses the issue about the effectiveness of urban design in Shenzhen. It proposes the overall strategy on the land use and the integration of spatial form, raises specific suggestions for the establishment of spatial morphological factors in planning, technical regulations and management. |
