摘    要:甜菜粕是甜菜制糖工业中的主要副产品。我国甜菜粕资源丰富,但在实际生产中大部分未能科学合理利用。就甜菜粕的营养特性、深加工开发利用途径以及在畜牧业生产中应用效果等问题进行了综述。

Abstract:The beet pulp is the main coproduct of beet sugar industry. Beet pulp resources is rich in China, but the beet pupl is failed to be used reasonabley in the practical production. This review refers to a series of prob- lems, including pathways of utilization in further processing, nutrition characteristics and effects of the application in livestock production of beet pulp.
