摘    要:介绍了一种工业以太网实时通信机制.在传输层和数据链路层增加了实时通信实体,在不改变以太网通信机制的前提下,通过调度信息的发送解决了以太网的通信冲突问题.工业以太网的实时通信调度需要与功能块调度协调一致;在对功能块调度机制进行分析的基础上,将功能块调度与实时通信调度相结合,提出了工业以太网实时通信中周期性时间调度表和非周期通信调度表的构建方法.

Abstract:A real-time communication mechanism for industrial Ethernet is introduced. A real-time communication entity is added to the tansport layer and data link layer, and it can avoid communication collisions by scheduling information transmission under the condition of not modifying the Ethernet communication mechanism. The real-time communication schedule must coordinate with the function block schedule in industrial Ethernet. The schedule mechanism of the function block is analyzed, and the constructing strategies of periodic time schedule list and non-periodic communication schedule list are proposed by combining the function block schedule and the real-time communication schedule.
