| Abstract: | Combining with actual working experience, starting from aspects of engineering quality, project schedule and fund control, the paper describes the role of construction unit in engineering project management, and points out some engineering project management suggestions, such as controlling and managing the engineering project with plan, target and organization, so as to create high-quality building. |
