| 摘 要： | 本文将二端口变类器扩展为二端口变类器，导出了二端口变村变类器的复频域表示和电路实现。研究了用二端口回转器实现１型Ｍ－Ｒ变标变类器，从而解决了用微电子电路实现忆阻器的问题。

| Abstract: | An expression for expanding two-port mutator as two-port scalor and mutator is proposed. The two-port scalor and mutator is represented in terms of complex frequency domain matrix and realized with microelectronic integrated circuits. Following this approach, type 1 M-R scalor and mutator is realized in two-port gyrator. Accordingly, Memristor can be constructed with microelectronic integrated circuits. |
