| Abstract: | The tool management is discussed in the theory and the practice.The factors influencing on the work of tool management are analysed from the viewpoint of the enterprise who use outsourcing tool management and of the supplier who provides outsourcing tool management. The effective way to get success for outsourcing tool management are also explored. |
