| 摘 要： | 效能监察工作是企业纪检监察工作的重要组成部分。注重治本，注重预防，注重制度建设是中央对国有企业开展效能监察工作的要求。中国石化集团公司的效能监察工作，结合企业生产经营管理实践，不断创新监督方式和监督机制，建立健全全员参与的监督体系，使效能监察更具针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Performance supervision is an important part of discipline inspecting and supervising in enterprise. Pay attention to taking radical measures, precautions and system construction is the requirement of the Central to the state - owned enterprises to implement performance supervision. As for the performance supervision, SINOPEC combined with practice of production operation management in enterprise, constantly innovate supervisory mode and mechanism, establish and perfect supervisory system in which all employee take part in and enable performance supervision to be more directive practical and effective. |
