摘    要:针对华北油田重点区块淀南、桐柏镇等地区的低渗透储层特性,优选了不同的压裂工艺及施工参数.淀南地区含水复杂,主要开发了含水较低的雁9,西柳10、雁6等3个区块的沙二、三储层,并研究出了适合此区块的二次加砂,阶段防滤失、稠油降黏等技术;桐柏镇的主要矛盾是储层水敏性较强,优选了胍胶+清洁压裂液复合压裂工艺,经过室内实验及优选施工参数,施工成功率达到100%,取得了很好的增产效果.

Abstract:To improve the stimulation effect of low-permeability reservoirs in key blocks of Diannan and Tongbozhen in Huabei Oilfield, the fracturing process and parameters were optimized. According to the condition that Diannan zone has a complex water distribution, the Sha2 and Sha3 reservoirs in Yan9,XiliulO and Yan6 blocks with low water content were mainly developed. A series of technologies suitable for this block were summarized including second sanding, phase anti-filtration, heavy oil viscosity reduction and so on. Compound fracturing technology using guar gum and clean fracturing fluid was optimized to overcome the principal contradiction of strong water sensitivity. The technique was proved by lab experiments and construction success rate came to 100 % by optimizing the parameters.
