摘    要:南水北调中线干线工程已经开工建设,自湖北的丹江口水库,跨越长江、淮河、黄河、海河四大流域,沿途经过湖北、河南、河北三省,直达北京的团城湖和天津市外环河,工程全线长1400余km,由于整个输水工程环境复杂,所以工程运行维护管理难度大,开发建设工程运行维护管理系统将是增强工程运行维护能力,保障工程安全正常运行的重要措施,本文在分析工程建成后运行维护管理需求的基础上,提出了系统的分析和设计,为进行开发建设南水北调中线干线工程运行维护管理系统提供参考。

Abstract:The South-to-North water diversion middle route engineering has been under constructed. It will flow from Danjiangkou Reservoir through reaches of Changjiang River, Huaihe River, Yellow River and Haihe River into Tuancheng Lake, Beijing City and into Waihuan Channel, Tianjin City. Its total length is more than 1 400 kilometers passing Hubei, Henan, and Hebei provinces. The engineering will route complex environment. So the engineering operation and management is very difficulty. It is important measure for enhancing capability of engineering management with a software system to ensure the safety and normal of the engineering operation. In this paper the system analysis and design is proposed for the system development of the engineering operation and management.
