高速电磁阀模型建立及响应特性研究

摘    要:高速电磁阀在控制系统中应用越来越广泛,其响应速度直接影响了系统的性能。讨论了高速电磁阀数学模型的建立,然后通过运用Matlab软件中的Simulink对电磁阀的数学模型进行仿真,分析电磁阀的响应特性。研究结果表明:所采用的逆推、分段方法为电磁阀响应特性的研究提供了一个新思路,它能快速、准确得到电磁阀各参数对其响应特性的影响。最后对高速电磁阀的应用进行了展望和讨论。

Abstract:High-speed solenoid valve has been widely used in aeroengine control systems whose performances are affected directly by the response speed of high-speed solenoid valve.The establishment of its mathematical model is discussed and its response characteristics by simulation model which is run in simulink of Matlab are analyzed.Back stepping and segmentation method is used in the research of response characteristics,and this method is proved to be an accurate,fast to get the influences of parameters on the valve's response characteristics.
