微波辐射法原油脱水的研究

摘    要:简要介绍了微波辐射法原油脱水的原理,采用SH9402微波反应系统对含30%的辽河原油油样、大庆原油油样系统地进行了微波辐射法脱水研究,分别考察了微波辐射时间、压力、功率对脱水率的影响,得出了最佳脱水条件;微波功率375W,系统压力0.5MPa,微波辐射时间为10min。采用同样方法对含水率30%,40%,60%的大庆原油高稠油在微波辐射时间11min、微波功率375W的条件下得出的最佳系统压力也为0.5MPa。原油脱水采用微波辐射法有高效、快速、节能的优点,可望工业应用。

Abstract:The principle of crude dehydration by microwave radiation is briefly introduced. Oil samples of Liaohe crude and Daqing crude with water content of 30% have been dehydrated by SH9042 microwave reaction system. Influences of the microwave radiation time, pressure and power on the dehydration rate have been investigated. Optimum conditions of microwave radiation dehydration has obtained: microwave power 375 W, system pressure 0.5 MPa and microwave radiation time is about 10 min. Optimum system pressure is also 0.5 MPa for high consistency oils of Daqing crude with water content of 30%, 40% and 60% dehydrated by the same method. Crude dehydration by microwave radiation has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency and energy saving. So it has a wide prospect of commercial application.
