摘    要:以道路交通事故预警为研究对象,提出一种利用数据挖掘方法分析人、车、路、环境等事故影响因素与事故发生的重要内在关系,结合事故动态分布规律以及道路交通流变化的综合型道路交通事故预警体系,应用基于层次分析的模糊综合评价方法建立道路交通事故预警模型,对道路交通安全进行等级判别和危险预警。根据该模型,设计开发一套道路交通事故预警系统,应用于克拉玛依市道路交通管理,实现了快速判断道路安全级别。该系统的使用从一定程度上减少了该市道路交通事故。

Abstract:Taking the early warning of road traffic accidents as the research object,a comprehensive early warning system of road traffic accidents was put forward.Data mining method was used to analyze the important internal relationship among accident factors such as people,vehicles,roads and environment and so on.The dynamic distribution law of accidents and the change of road traffic flow were combined.The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process was applied to establish the early warning model of road traffic accidents.The grade discrimination and danger early warning of road traffic safety were carried out.According to the model,a set of road traffic accident early warning system was designed and developed,which was applied to the road traffic management of Karamay City,and the road safety level was judged quickly.The use of this system has reduced the road traffic accidents in this city to a certain extent.
