| 摘 要： | 以《杜骗新书》中的有关史料为主要线索,对晚明民间经济生活中的零售业诈骗现象和运输业诈骗现象进行了分析探讨,指出经济诈骗是商品经济发展引发的社会风气变化的结果,与政府和法律的社会控制力的不足及对经济生活保障能力的微弱有直接关系。

| Abstract: | Taking relevant historical data from Du Pian Xin Shu as main clues,analyses and studies the cheating of retail trade and carrying trade in economy life in the late period of Ming dynasty.Points out economy cheating is result of change of social morals causing by commodity economy development, and has the direct relations with the lack of social control and faint guarantee ability to economy life that government and law should have. |
