| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国食品安全事件频发,从某种程度上造成了不小的社会恐慌,并导致政府公信力下滑。本文对近年来国内知名和权威媒体报道的典型食品安全案例按照食物种类进行简单归类划分,剖析问题产生原因,并提出一些建设性对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, food safety events happened frequently in China and caused social panic and government credibility declined to some extent. Typical food safety cases reported by civil famous or authoritative media were simply classified in food varieties, occurrence causes were analyzed and constructive countermeasures were put forward. |
