高速公路软土路基搅拌桩施工与建设分析

摘    要:某高速公路大桥桥头所处地层为亚黏土层和粉质黏土层,天然地基承载力不能满足工程要求,设计采用水泥搅拌桩复合地基,成桩工艺是决定水泥搅拌桩复合地基施工方案和成桩效果的主要因素。采用水泥土室内试验和现场成桩工艺试验寻求该工程水泥搅拌桩成桩工艺,采用单桩复合地基承载力试验、钻芯检测两种方法评价该水泥搅拌桩复合地基处理效果。

Abstract:A highway bridge bridgehead in which the formation is sub-clay layer and the silty clay layer, the natural foundation bearing capacity can not meet the engineering requirements, design of cement mixing composite foundation pile were determined. The foundation construction program and is the deciding main factors about the effect of cement mixing comoposite foundation pile. Using cement-soil laboratory and field pile technology test for the project cement mixing pile with using the single pile composite foundation bearing capacity test and core test two methods to evaluate the cement mixing composite foundation treatment effect.
