| 摘 要： | 高等院校思想政治理论课程作为高校公共必修课，在培养人、塑造人方面具有特殊作用，是其他学科所不能替代的。要最大限度地提高高等院校思想政治理论课程教学的实际效果，就必须把握全新的教学观念、实施有效的教育、教学和管理方法。
