高精度宽量程智能电流源的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种闭环智能电流源的设计。该系统以单片机为中心,通过闭环控制、PID算法以实现高精度、宽量程,同时通过串行通讯口连接PC机或系统自带键盘的控制,实现了电流可预置、可步进调整、输出的电流信号可直接数字显示的功能。该电流源的性能稳定、带负载能力强,为实验教学的自动化测量提供了条件。

Abstract:The design of intelligent current source with closed loop is presented in this paper. The system core is the MCU. The closed loop control and PID arithmetic is used to realize high precision and wide range. The intelligent current source realizes that the output current can be pre-set, adjusted step by step and displayed in digit directly. Above functions are operated by serial communication port between PC and the MCU, or keyboard within the current source. The stability of this current source is hight and its loading capacity is strong. It offers qualification for automatic measurement of experiment teaching.
