DJT型调速器故障分析与处理

摘    要:简要介绍DJT5000型水轮机调速器的主要特点.它采用伺服电机控制的电动集成闽作为电液转换元件,代替了传统的转换器,工作可靠;调节技术上采用连续的实时变参数的PID控制算法,自动化程度高.文中重点介绍了该调速器在白溪水电厂运行7年来出现的故障和缺陷及其分析和处理,包括电动集成阀回油漏油偏多、导叶反馈电阻损坏、测频干扰、反馈滚轮易碎、锁锭故障等,可供同类型调速器常见故障分析及处理时参考.

Abstract:The Characteristics of the DJT5000 hydro-turbine governor is briefly introduced.The electromotion integration valve controlled by servo electromotor is adopted as the electro-hydraulic converter instead of the conventional converter.The continuous time-varying parameter PID arithmetic is applied to the hydro-turbine governor.The failure and limitation of the governor found in the past seven years are introduced,including oil leakage of electromotion integration valves,guide vane feedback resistance damage,f...
