摘    要:为了解决鞍钢股份有限公司第一炼钢厂转炉炼钢工序严重限制产能释放的问题,对氧枪的工艺参数进行了优化并改善了冶炼操作制度。实践表明,缩短了转炉的熔炼时间,提高了转炉终点命中率,一次补吹命中率可达97%以上,实现了转炉的高效冶炼,满足了连铸生产的要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem which converter steelmaking processes are restricting the production capacity in No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,some technological parameters related to the oxygen lance are optimized and steelmaking procedures are also improved.Actual operations show that the converter steelmaking time is shortened,the end point target-hitting percentage is increased and the percentage of additional blowing for one hit can be over 97%.High efficient steelmaking by converter is...
