摘    要:介绍了挂钩叠层多腔注射模结构设计,对模具型腔、主流道、开模机构、导向机构的设计进行了分析说明。实践表明,该模具采用的铰链杠杆同步分型机构和动、定模双侧导向机构运行安全可靠,模具成型的塑件尺寸和外观符合要求,生产效率大幅度提高。

Abstract:The structural design of a stacked multi-cavity injection mould for a hook was introduced;and the research on the mould cavity,main runner,mould opening mechanism and guiding mechanism were analyzed.Practice has proved that the synchronous parting mechanism via hinge and lever and the guiding mechanism arranged in moving half and fixed half have a safe and reliable operation.The size and appearance of the products meet the requirements;and the production efficiency can be greatly increased.
