摘    要:狮子山铜矿多排同段爆破的实质是“短时微差”起爆和“随机同时”起爆爆破作用的复合,其主要特点表现为爆破工艺及相应的采矿工艺得到简化。“短时微差”起爆的爆破作用机理类同于排间段别微差爆破,但爆破应力波的叠加作用及爆炸气体作用更加充分,爆破裂纹的形成、交叉分枝现象更为普遍。“随机同时”起爆,炸药能量同时对岩石释放,极易沿孔间连线形成足够宽的贯通裂纹,但在炮孔的其他作用方向上,这种炸药能量同时释放对岩石的破碎作用没有明显效果。

Abstract:The essence of Multirow Same-segment Blasting Technology in Shizishan Copper Mine is a combination of short millisecond and random simultaneous blasting acts. Its main benefit is the simplification of blasting and corresponding mining operation.The blast mechanism of short millisecond is similar to that of the segment millisecond blast, but its interaction of stress wave and explosion gases is more complete, the crack formation and its interface branching is more obvious. For random simultaneous blasting action, owing to the explosion energy releasing to rock simultaneously and interaction of stress wave, high stress area will be formed on the link line between the holes,so the macro-crack is easily formed along this line. But on the other directions of holes, the effect of this explosion energy releasing simultaneously is not evident.
