基于FLUENT的轴向柱塞泵综合性能研究

摘    要:为提高柱塞泵的容积效率、减少振动和噪声、延长工作寿命,合理地确定柱塞泵工作转速范围。运用FLUENT对轴向柱塞泵的运动特性进行仿真分析,研究了柱塞泵的转速和负载与脉动、效率、噪声三者之间的关系。仿真结果表明:柱塞泵的容积效率随着转速升高而升高,随着负载增大而减小;流量脉动率随着负载的增大而增大,随着转速的增大而减小;噪声随负载和转速的增大而增大。仿真结果与实验结果基本吻合,通过实验数据验证了仿真分析的准确性,为柱塞泵动力学建模以及机电液系统全局性能仿真分析提供了可信方法。

Comprehensive Performance Research on the Axial Pisto Pump Based on FLUENT
Abstract:In order to improve the volumetric efficiency, extend the working life, reduce vibration and noise of axial piston pump with swash plate, it is very important to determine the operatingspeed range reasonably. In this paper, the relationship of piston speed and load between the efficiency, flow pulsation and noise of the piston pump was studied based on FLUENT platform. The simulation results show that the piston pump volumetric efficiency rises as the speed increases and the load decreases, and the flow pulsation de-creases with the decreases of the load and the speed increases, while the noise rises with the load and speed increases. Then the simu-lation results are validated by experiment test and the results comparison indicates that the accuracy of the simulation is acceptable, it is also provides a credible method to the dynamics modeling ofaxial piston pump and simulation analysis of global performance electro-hydraulic system.
