摘 要: | 针对被动式气压隔振系统的低频隔振效果差的缺点,开发了以函数近似法为基础的自适应滑动控制算法应用于单缸膜片式气压隔振系统中,该测试系统利用NI公司的Lab VIEW的软硬件资源进行整合搭建硬件实验系统。该主动式气压隔振系统通过实验证明:在规则振动激发与不规则振动激发两种方式下,相对于被动式气压隔振系统,隔振层的振动量分别降低了34.6%和32.7%,隔振效果明显。

Abstract: | Due to the poor low frequency vibration isolation performance for passive pressure vibration isolation system , adaptive sliding control algorithms based on function approximation was developed to be applied to the single cylinder diaphragm pressure Isola -tion system, and NI's LabVIEW was used to integrate hardware and software resources to build test system .Through the test of the ac-tive pressure vibration isolation system , it shows that in the two ways of regular vibration excitation and irregular vibration excitation , relative to passive pressure vibration isolation system , the amount of vibration in isolation layer is respectively decreased by 34.6%and 32.7%, vibration isolation effect is obvious . |
