摘    要:建立了带有双向液压锁的锁紧回路的AMESim仿真模型,仿真分析了在油缸负重下,液压锁内阀芯复位弹簧刚度对液压锁及其回路动、静态特性的影响。结果表明:油缸在保压锁紧时,液压锁阀芯不同的复位弹簧刚度影响液压锁闭锁时阀口的大小,进而影响油缸下滑量大小。研究结论为液压锁的设计及锁紧回路参数匹配提供了理论依据。

Dynamic and Static Analysis of Double direction Hydraulic lock Based on AMESim
Abstract:The AMESim simulation model of a double-direction hydraulic-lock was established .The influences of the hydraulic-lock spool reset spring stiffness to the dynamic and static characteristics of double-direction hydraulic-lock and lock hydraulic circuit under hydraulic cylinder load were simulated .Results show that during pressure lock , hydraulic cylinder of impact of , different hydrau-lic-lock spool reset spring stiffness impacts the valve lock orifice size , and then affecting the hydraulic cylinder glide quantity .This re-search provides a theoretical basis for the design of the double-direction hydraulic-lock and parameter match of locking hydraulic circuit.
