顶磨式轧辊磨床头架主轴分析及拓扑优化

摘    要:主轴是轧辊磨床头架系统中最关键的部件,需承载巨大的工件而要求较高的强度和刚度。针对主轴刚度对轧辊磨削精度影响较大这一问题,借助ABAQUS软件,运用有限元多体分析法对某型号的轧辊磨床主轴进行了线性静力分析,得到了主轴的应力及位移分布情况,分析表明主轴后段强度大有富余。在静力分析基础上对主轴进行了拓扑优化设计,结果表明:该优化方案正确合理地完成了减重25%的轻量化结构设计,可为主轴的二次设计及类似轴类零件设计起到指导作用。

Analysis and Topology Optimization of Headstock Spindle in Bearing grinding Roll Grinder
Abstract:The spindle is one of the key parts of roll grinder in headstock .It needs to bear a large roll , so high strength and stiff-ness is demanded .According to the problem that the spindle rigidity has a great influence on the roll grinding accuracy , and the static characteristics of spindle was analyzed for a certain type of roll grinder using ABAQUS software and the finite element multi body meth -od and the stress and deformation displacement distribution of the spindle were obtained , the analysis shows that the spindle's strength is exceedingly abundant .Topology optimization design was applied to the spindle on the basis of static analysis , the result show that the optimization solution is achieved correctly by reducing 25%weight, which play a guiding role on secondary design of the spindle or similar shaft parts design .
