摘    要:介绍某消防机器人液压控制系统的系统原理和能量损失。为了降低能耗,提出一种以伺服电机作为原动机的消防机器人泵控直驱液压控制系统改进方案。对此改进方案的工作原理以及能耗进行了初步分析,结果表明:改进方案既能节能,又能减少元器件数量和系统复杂程度,有利于降低成本。

An Improved Scheme for the Hydraulic Control System of a Fire Robot
Abstract:The system principle and energy loss of hydraulic control system for a fire robot were introduced .In order to reduce en-ergy consumption , an improved scheme of pump-control direct drive hydraulic control system of fire robot was put forward in which ser -vo motor was served as prime mover .An preliminary analysis of working principle and energy consumption to the improved scheme was made.It indicates that the improved scheme not only saves energy but also reduces component count and system complexity , and it is beneficial to reduce cost .
