摘    要:基于微流驱动效应的优越性,提出了一种汽车前风挡玻璃振动除水技术。首先采用Stokes长波理论构建了液滴的二维数学模型,然后借助COMSOL MULTIPHYSICSICS多物理场分析软件对玻璃板上的液滴进行二维建模。研究了对称低频振动、正交对称低频运动、非对称振动和对称低频振动对液滴移动状态和移动速度的关系。仿真结果表明:液滴在振动激励下始终保持一种非对称的往复振荡运动,这种非对称运动合成为液滴在宏观上的位移,验证了微流驱动效应除水技术的可行性与有效性。

Mechanism Research of Vehicle Windshield Rainwater removing Based on Microflow Drive Technique
Abstract:Based on advantages of microflow drive technique , a kind of vehicle windshield vibration rainwater-removing technolo-gy was proposed.Firstly, the two dimensional (2D) mathematical model of the droplet was built by using the Stokes of long wave theo -ry, then the 2D droplet-glass model was built with the finite element analysis ( FEA) software COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS .The research on relationship was carried out between symmetric low frequency vibration , the orthogonality symmetry low frequency vibration , the asymmetric frequency vibration and the symmetry low frequency vibration to movement state and speed of the droplet .The simulation re-sults show that the droplet oscillates asymmetrically under excitation of vibration which leads to its obvious displacement macroscopical -ly.It verifies that a windshield rainwater-removing technology based on microflow drive technique is feasible and effective .
