摘 要: | 在DT-100多通试验台对名义过滤精度5μm的不锈钢滤芯进行性能测试。结果表明:该实验滤芯的纳污容量为5.01g,滤芯流动阻力与注入污染物质量成指数关系γ=2.523 3e~(0.7566x),过滤比随压降的增加基本保持不变,过滤比与颗粒直径的数值拟合关系为β=0.0229x~(3.8838),颗粒直径超过最大孔径,过滤比趋近无穷,该名义过滤精度5μm的不锈钢滤芯对大于5μm的颗粒过滤比为11.87,过滤效率91.58%,实际名义过滤直径为8.04μm。

Abstract: | Filtering properties of multi-layers folded Stainless filter elements was measured at DT-100 multi-pass test stand .The result shows that the dirt holding capacity of the experimental filter is 5.01 g, filter resistance and flow injection pollutants is exponen-tial relationship y=2.523 3e0.756 6x, filtration ratio remain unchanged basicly with the increase of the pressure drop , the numerical fit-ting relationship between filtering ratio and solid diameter is β=0.022 9x3.883 8 , if the solid diameter is greater than the maximum pore diameter, filtering ratio is infinity, filtering ratio of nominal filtration precision 5μm is 11.87, its filtering efficiency is 91.58%, but actual nominal filtration precision 8.04 μm. |
