槽式太阳能热发电跟踪控制系统设计

摘    要:针对太阳能利用效率不高和跟踪控制系统成本较高这两个制约太阳能应用的主要问题,研制了一套单轴槽式太阳能热发电跟踪系统。该系统的跟踪装置具有结构简单、制造成本低的优点。系统采用视日轨迹控制方法作为跟踪控制方法,采用PLC作为控制元件,驱动步进电机进行跟踪。试验结果表明,该系统的跟踪精度为±0.5°。

Design of Tracking Control System for Solar Thermal Power Generation in Trough
Abstract:In view of the two main problems of solar thermal power generation , low utilization efficiency of solar energy and high cost of the tracking control system , which restrict the application of solar energy , a tracing system of uniaxial trough-type solar thermal power generation was developed .The tracking device of the system had the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost . This system was adopted of the sun trajectory control method as the tracking control method , and the programmable logical controller ( PLC) was used as the control element to drive the stepping motor for tracking .The experimental results show that the tracking accura-cy of the system is about ±0.5°.
