摘    要:针对塑料管材耐冲击性能测试过程中效率较低、试验结果判断智能化不高的缺点,运用计算机软件、自动控制等技术设计了一种塑料管材耐冲击性能落锤试验机控制系统设计,通过PC与下位机协同控制的方式实现落锤试验机的自动控制,使用计算机软件实现试验过程与数据的有效管理,完成塑料管材耐冲击性能结果的智能判定。经过具体应用,系统可以有效提高塑料管材冲击试验的自动化水平,提高试验效率。

Researchof Plastic Tubing Impact Resistance Performance Drop Tester Control System
Abstract:In view of the low efficiency in the impact resistance performance test process of plastic tubing, the intelligence level of test results judgement was not high, computer software and automatic control technology were used to design a kind of plastic tubing impact resistance performance drop hammer test machine control system. Through collaborative control between PC and lower machine, the drop hammer test machine automatic control was realized. Computer software was used to realize the effective management of test process and data, to complete intelligent decision of plastic pipe material impact resistance performance results. Through specific ap-plication, the system can be used to effectively improve the automation level and test efficiency of plastic tubing impact test.
