多孔平衡流量计在硫酸装置中的应用

介绍了多孔平衡流量计结构、特点和工作原理。与传统差压式流量计相比,多孔平衡流量计具有精度高、直管段要求低、永久压力损失少、耐脏污不易堵、长期稳定性好、流量测量范围宽、可测量高温、高压介质等特点。可测管径15～3 000 mm,直管段长度前0.5D～2D、后0.5D～2D,精度等级可达0.3%～0.5%,量程比20:1～30:1。该流量计适合硫酸装置副产蒸汽流量测量,既可确保精度,又能减少投资和运行维护费用。

Application of balanced flow meter in sulphuric acid plant

Structure,characteristics and working principle of balanced flow meter with multi-hole orifice are described. Compared with traditional differential pressure flow meter,balanced flow meter has some characteristics such as high accuracy,low requirements for straight pipe,low permanent pressure loss,resistance to dirt and block, long-term stability,wide measurement range,high measurement temperature and high media pressure.The flow meter has measurable tube diameter of 15-3 000 mm and requires upstream straight run of pipe of 0.5D-2D and downstream one of 0.5D-2D with accuracy class of 0.3%-0.5%and range ratio of 20：1 -30：1.The flow meter is suited to measurement of by-product steam flow of sulphuric acid plant for high accuracy,less investment,operation and maintenance costs.
