| Abstract: | Debt restructuring is an important part of the reorganization of assets,many old state-owned enterprises must go through this important step in their reforming and restructuring.An enterprise must meet two prerequisites for debt restructuring,namely a clear debt restructuring goal,and a feasible asset value.In addition,a detailed and feasible plan and a competent personnel team are needed to effectively implement the program. |
