荧光法叶绿素在线分析仪分析性能评价

摘    要:研究了荧光法叶绿素在线分析仪的分析性能,探讨了干扰因素对测定结果的影响,对实际水样进行了测试,并进行了现场试验。该分析仪操作简单,无二次污染,干扰程度小,仪器测得值与标准方法具有较好的一致性,现场运行稳定,测得数据可靠。仪器的探头式设计适合于环境水质的实时原位监测。根据测得河流、湖泊等水体中叶绿素a值的变化,可预测水体的富营养化程度。

Abstract:The analytical performance of a type of fluorescence chlorophyll on-line analyzer was evaluated and the interference factors were studied.The practical water samples were tested and field experiments were performed.The analyzer is simple to operate,with little interference and no secondary pollution.The data obtaind are in good agreement with that of standard method.The probe style design is suitable for real-time in-situ monitoring of environmental water quality.The eutrophication degrees of lakes and rive...
