Applications of process mass spectrometer in petrochemical Industry |

| Abstract: | The measurement principle and structure of process mass spectrometer are described.The instrument features rapid analysis and high sensitivity,and is very suitable for real-time analysis of multicomponents in petrochemical industry.This paper desribes its applications to ethelene cracking furnace,EO/EG equipment,catalyst evaluation,atmospheric residue hydrogenation,ammonia synthesis,and so on.The present situation of process mass spectrometers made in China is discussed. |
