| 摘 要： | 分散固相萃取法是近年来研发的检测蔬菜、水果中农药残留的提取和净化前处理技术,净化过程无需预淋洗、淋洗、洗脱等繁杂步骤。本文简要介绍分散固相萃取法的特点和优势,提取、净化、内标等方面的研究进展和在不同类型样品中应用的实例,指出了应用中存在的问题以及发展趋势。
