| 摘 要： | 建立了一种测定三嗪环的高效液相色谱法,固定相为碳十八硅烷键合硅胶,流动相为0.8%的溴化四庚基胺-乙腈溶液︰磷酸盐缓冲溶液︰柠檬酸盐缓冲液︰水（体积比为500︰55︰5︰440）,检测波长254nm。在0.05～10mg/mL范围内三嗪环的线性关系良好,相关系数R=0.9994,相对标准偏差为1.31%,加标回收率在99.4%～102.7%之间。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of thiotriazinone（TTZ） by HPLC was established.Separation was carried out on a Kromasil ODS column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） with 0.8% tetraheptylammonium bromide-CH3 CN︰phosphate buffer︰citrate buffer︰H2O（500︰55︰5︰440,V/V/V/V） as mobile phase and detection at 254nm.A linear relationship existed in the range of 0.05~10mg/mL for TTZ with R=0.9994.The RSD was 1.31% and the recovery was 99.4%~102.7%. |
