法国天然气市场价格体系特点及引出的思考

随着国家"西气东输"、"北气南下"及进口LNG工程的实施,管道大然气应用在我国得到了快速发展.伴随着城市公用事业市场化的推进,城市燃气行业也正逐步由国有垄断向市场化过渡,与之相应的政策和制度改革也在向纵深发展.实施科学的用户分类,采取有效的市场营销策略,建立科学的天然气价格体系已经成为燃气企业面临的紧迫任务,也是燃气企业健康、可持续发展的需要.本文通过对法国燃气市场发展、用户分类及管道天然气价格机制现状的分析,提出了我国制定科学合理的天然气价格体系的方法和思路.
