南京近代非"文保"建筑的保护

近代“文保”建筑主要是指从鸦片战争之后到中华人民共和国成立这一时期建造，未被列入各级文物保护单位的建筑遗产，确有保护利用价值的建筑。历经自然损毁和人为破坏，许多近代历史建筑已是满目疮痍，尽管近年来有关部门已开始重视近代历史建筑维修、保护与利用的研究工作，但显而易见愈愈多的历史建筑正面临生存危机，必须进一步加大保护、科学利用的研究和实施力度。
