汽车座椅骨架的拓扑优化研究

摘    要:针对汽车座椅骨架质量较大的问题,对座椅骨架的结构、人机工程学、拓扑优化方法、镁合金的特点及加工方法进行了研究.根据人机工程学以及座椅的基本要求对座椅坐垫进行了拓扑优化设计;结合镁合金材料特点及压铸加工要求对座椅骨架进行再设计;最后应用ANSYS对改进后的座椅进行了静力学分析.研究结果表明,优化后的座椅骨架比优化前的减重20%,优化后的座椅骨架满足座椅静强度要求;从而说明该拓扑优化方法可用于座椅骨架的结构设计,同时得到了新的座椅骨架模型.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the car seat frame quality,the seat frame structure,ergonomics,the topology optimization method,the characteristics and processing methods of magnesium alloys were investigated.According to the actual requirements of the seat and properties and processing of magnesium alloy,the new structural optimization of car seat cushion was established.Finally,a statics analysis of the new seat frame was given.The results indicate that,the quality of the seat frame after optimization is reduced by 20%,and meets the requirements,which show optimization method can be used for structural design of the seat frame.As the same time,a new seat frame is got ten.
