空压机电驱动改装的研究及设计

摘    要:针对某拖轮活塞式空气压缩机充气能力不足、型号老旧、备件不易购买等问题,对电驱动的空压机进行了选型改装.在起动主机所需空气容量计算的基础上,对空气瓶内压缩空气的状态变化进行了分析研究.利用标准气体等温变化时各参数间的相互关系,计算了满足起动要求的空气瓶容积.由起动空气总容积和起动空气压力范围,计算了空压机参数,校核后进行了空压机选型.由空压机参数确定电动机参数,通过设计带轮和选择V带,将定型后的空压机和电动机进行了连接安装;最后进行了开机交验.研究结果表明,定型并连接的电驱动空压机组,充满起动主机的所有空气瓶,仅需0.9h,与计算结果基本吻合,满足不超过1h的造船规范要求,说明空压机电驱动改装的方法是可行的.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of a tugboat air compressor insufficient filling capacity,the model is too old to buy spare parts,the air compressor by electric driven was selected and modified.Based on the calculation of the air volume required for starting the M/E,the change of state of compressed air inside the bottle was analyzed and studied.By using the relationship between the parameters of isothermal change of the standard gas,the starting air bottle volume to meet the requirements was calculated.By total volume and pressure range of the starting air,the parameters of air compressor were calculated; the air compressor's model was selected after checking.The results indicate that all starting air bottle were fulled by the selecteded and connected air compressor unit,only cost 0.9 hours,was identical with the calculation data; does not exceed 1 hour requirement,meet requirement of the shipbuilding specification; modified method of electrical drive is feasible for the air compressor.
