超高压换热管的应力分析与安全评定

摘    要:通过对超高压换热器换热管的三维有限元应力分析,得到了在冷却、加热、急冷、急热四种工况下,换热管直管段及弯管段的应力分布情况;通过应力强度评定和疲劳分析,认为在生产过程中换热管的应力强度值在规范容许的范围内;认为急冷、急热工况转变过程中应力幅值的巨大变化是引起换热管出现裂纹的主要原因之一,并提出了降低疲劳强度的办法。

Abstract:Tridimansional finite element method is used in the pape to calculated the stress of the super-high pressure exchanger tube.Under the four conditions of cooling, heating, steep cooling, steep heating,the stress distribution curves with straight tube and bending tube are drawn. Through the stress evalution and fatigue analysis, it is thought that the stress strength is in the range of allowed values,and in the process from steep heating to steep cooling the stress amplitude's variation leads to cracks appearing on the surfacce of the tube. At last the paper suggests the method of decreasing fatigue strength.
