横缝结合质量对拱坝结构受力的影响

摘    要:MSC/NASTRAN中有反映接缝间隙的GAP单元,可较好地反映有初始开度的接缝应力和接缝条件。采用GAP单元分析拱坝在静水压力作用下横缝中存在的各种间隙对坝体结构受力的影响,分析结果表明:横缝存在间隙对拱坝结构受力有不良影响;随着间隙开度的增大,坝体变位和应力都有恶化的趋势;横缝间隙出现在不同部位影响也不一样。因此,在拱坝建设过程中,应尽量避免横缝结合质量不良而出现间隙。

Abstract:The GAP elements in MSC/NASTRAN can simulate the stresses and conditions of the joints with initial opening. An analysis by using the GAP element is performed to study the effects of different transverse joint's gaps on the structural stresses of arch dam under static water pressure. The analysis results showed that the displacements and stresses of arch dam become much worse as the openings increase. Such exacerbation depends on the location and the amount of the gap opening. Therefore, during the construction period of arch dam, it is very important to avoid the gaps caused by poor binding quality of transverse joints.
