| Abstract: | Power supply is the key component in micro piezoelectric actuator's application. The PA85 is a high voltage, high precision MOSFET operational amplifier. In the paper,a new power supply is presented, and the principle and the stability of the composite amplifier are analyzed in detail. The unique features of this design are high precision,high stability, simple circuit,strongly driving capability and so on. |
